Surprise, surprise - not all gardening services are the same. With the "does it all"
approach, we "tend the garden" one way or another each time on site. For example, the
sweeping crew may see a broken sprinkler head in action, and will report it immediately.  
It will then be fixed in a day, instead of a week. Another example, the morning porter may
see a snail infestation which wouldn't be visible later on during the day. That too will be
reported and dealt with quickly, as all service categories work hand-in-glove with each
other.
