          HOW TIME FLIES (WHEN YOU'RE SELF-EMPLOYED)
Rummaging through old files we found the original order for our company phone number
(818-904-3333). It was dated November, 1985, so our 20th Anniversary snuck up on us.
We celebrate only this -that we have such a great group of employers!!!  
 
   HIGH-TECH, LOW-TECH (and then there's Dave, NO-TECH)
Finally we've got our geek! Thomas Kellogg (my 20 something stepson), has taken us
from 3X5 cards to the computer, from the typewriter to the keyboard. New billing, new
website, a whole new Sunrise! (But it's still hard to teach this 60 year old dog new tricks)
         
            IF YOU CAN'T FIND A TOW - TRY, TRY AGAIN
Our previous towing service (Jon's) decided not to honor our agreements anymore. They
were great for awhile, but no longer. Having called around we've settled with Tony's
Towing. They will perform our private impounds for free if the vehicle has sufficient
value. If it doesn't it'll cost $125.00. It was the best deal we could find.

A new name for our steam cleaning service seems in order now that we're pressure
washing buildings, lots, and roofs. We've added two high pressure cold water machines -
which work great for:
  • Building "Bath" (next best thing to a new paint job!)
  • Asphalt Lot Cleaning (especially good just before a seal coat.)
  • Sloped Roof/Awning Cleaning (dust, droppings, etc. GONE!)
  • Flat Roof + Drains & Scuppers Cleaning (do this at least annually, just prior to the
    rain season.
